At Patrick & Claire Dublin, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.

Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before submitting a return request.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Products may only be returned after they have been physically delivered to the customer.
  • Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees, customs charges, or import duties.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must still be attached and included.
  • Products may be tried on for fit and appearance, but may not be worn beyond fitting purposes.
  • Orders intentionally placed in multiple sizes or variations with the intention of partially returning items may be refused at our discretion.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not comply with these conditions.


Return Process

To request a return, please follow the steps below:

Step 1 — Request a Return

Contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Your full name
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos of the item if applicable

Step 2 — Receive Return Instructions

Once your request has been approved, you will receive the return address and further return instructions from our support team.

Please note that returned products may need to be sent to one of our international fulfillment partners or suppliers.


Step 3 — Ship the Item

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment.

We strongly recommend using a shipping method that includes:

  • Track & Trace
  • Insurance (if applicable)

Patrick & Claire Dublin is not responsible for lost return shipments or packages delayed during transit.


Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 14 business days after the returned item has been received and approved.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or operational reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Used or damaged products
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Products without original packaging or tags
  • Final sale or clearance items (where indicated)

Order Responsibility & Liability

  • Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.
  • If an incorrect address is submitted, Patrick & Claire Dublin cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement.
  • Address correction requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking information confirms successful delivery to the address provided by the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

Our support team will review the case and work toward an appropriate solution.
